Service

Framedeep provides high-end software development, digital product design, and technology consultancy services. Every project we undertake is treated as a unique digital ecosystem tailored to the specific needs of our partners.

By engaging with our services, you agree to collaborate in good faith and provide the necessary requirements for the successful execution of the project architectural phases.

Upon full payment of the agreed service fees, the custom source code and design assets developed specifically for your project are transferred to you, unless otherwise specified in a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA).

Framedeep retains the right to use its proprietary frameworks, shared libraries, and baseline architectures developed independently of the client-specific logic to accelerate future industrial workflows.

Our projects typically follow a milestone-based billing structure. Engagement starts upon the successful processing of the initial deposit.

Late payments may result in the temporary suspension of development sprints or deployment pipelines. All financial transactions are handled through secure, certified payment gateways.

While we build our systems using industry-leading methodologies (Testing, CI/CD, Peer Reviews), custom software is inherently complex. We provide an initial bug-fix warranty period following the project launch.

Framedeep is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or third-party API outages that occur beyond our infrastructural control.

Either party may terminate the collaboration with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

Post-termination, the confidentiality and data protection clauses defined in our Privacy Policy remain in full effect.
